Meet Lisa

Lisa is an experienced human resources professional who successfully partners with business leaders to advance and achieve organizational objectives. Lisa uses her knowledge and skills cultivated from various leadership roles within professional services, financial services, sales and non-profit organizations where she helped deliver significant value to the people side of business.

Lisa is known as an authentic, hardworking, resourceful and performance driven leader. She asks thought provoking questions and consistently provides practical solutions to challenging business needs as a trusted business partner. She believes strong relationships and transparency are key for building healthy organizations where people thrive and business growth is achieved.

Lisa earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan and holds multiple advanced HR certifications. She is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certified by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). Additionally, she holds an Organizational Culture Leadership certification from CultureCon. Lisa serves on the Board of Directors for HOPE (Health Opportunity through Partnership in Education), a non-profit organization focused on funding research to combat cancer and other critical illnesses.

Outside of her professional commitments, Lisa leads an active lifestyle and enjoys hiking, golf, pickleball, and volleyball. A passionate supporter of her local sports teams, she is also dedicated to giving back to the community through her volunteer work with Nourishing Hope (formerly The Lakeview Pantry) and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
